Art is a young rainbow-colored dragon who struggles to fit in with his fiery peers. Teased for being slow and unable to breathe fire, he feels isolated and unsure of his place in the dragon clan. When his parents leave on a scouting trip, Art ventures out alone and stumbles upon a mysterious mound emitting smoke.

Curiosity leads him to accidentally set fire to a witch’s home, and to the witch herself. Flo, a kind but firm woman with magical powers, transforms Art into a wooden figure as a lesson in respect and responsibility. Through their unexpected encounter, Flo teaches Art the value of fire, not as a weapon, but as a tool for warmth, safety, and care.

As Art learns to control his flame and understand its purpose, he begins to see himself differently. No longer just a dragon trying to fit in, Art discovers the power of kindness, curiosity, and self-awareness. By the end of the day, he’s not only restored to his dragon form, but he’s also changed inside too.

This gentle, magical tale blends fantasy with emotional growth, offering children a story of transformation, empathy, and the importance of learning from mistakes.
